Morgan

Morgan can be found in Draynor Village which is west of Lumbridge. He is married to a woman named Maris who also resides in Draynor. Count Draynor comes to the village demanding blood tithes. This has terrified Morgan where he is trapped in his own house out of fear. He is friends with a Vampire Hunter named Dr. Harlow who gives him the advice to stockpile on garlic. He is the person you talk to when you want to start the quest Vampire Slayer.
